With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Regi K. Thomas is the visionary founder behind Good Time Trading LLC. After earning his engineering degree in India, he began his career as a site engineer and later moved to Bahrain in 1985, contributing to a startup construction firm. In 1990, he relocated to Oman and worked on prestigious government and private projects as a civil engineer. In 2000, he founded Good Time Trading LLC, initially focused on supplying construction materials. His foresight led to the launch of the contracting division in 2010, which became a cornerstone of the company’s success.
Mr. Regi’s deep industry knowledge, strong relationships, and strategic direction have propelled the company’s growth in alignment with Oman Vision 2040. As Managing Director of International Investment Plus LLC, he continues to guide the group’s expansion across sectors and geographies, fostering innovation and sustainable development.
Born and raised in Oman, Mr. Ginu K. Regi embodies the values and vision of the Sultanate in his leadership style. After completing his schooling in Oman and engineering in India, he began his career in 2012 in construction material sales. Over the next six years, he led the purchase and sales division, and in 2018, he was promoted to Business Development Manager. His strategic acumen and market insight earned him a seat on the Board in 2021 and the role of Managing Director.
In 2025, Mr. Ginu co-founded International Investment Plus LLC, under the mentorship of Mr. Regi K. Thomas and alongside Mr. Gijo K. Regi. As a dynamic leader, he drives the company’s investment strategy across Oman, UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, focusing on tourism, hospitality, and AI integration. Raised in Oman and a graduate of the University of Middlesex, he began his professional journey with Deloitte, gaining valuable experience in financial management and corporate strategy.
