Foundation

Inception of GOOD TIME TRADING LLC in March as a trading firm for construction materials.
Established to cater to the growing demand of contracting companies in Oman.

Expansion into Distribution

Introduced a distribution model for building materials into Oman’s interior regions.

Delivered high-quality construction materials to support contractors in remote markets.

2007 – Launch of Exclusive Brands

Began distribution of proprietary packaging brands G2 and Bluebird.
Product portfolio included masking tapes, clear BOPP tapes, stretch films, and shrink wrap films.

2008 – Product Diversification

Expanded into adhesives and paints.
Added spray paints, silicon sealants, PU foam, and other finishing products.

2010 – Entry into Contracting

Established a Contracting Division to support Oman’s booming construction sector.
Built a team of proficient engineers and skilled workers to deliver civil and infrastructure projects.

2011 – Major Subcontract Projects

Subcontracted boundary wall and foundation works at Muscat International Airport with BECHTEL and BEC.
Engaged 100+ workers over 3 years.
Simultaneously executed civil works for Carillion at The Wave, an Integrated Tourism Complex (ITC).

2013 – ISO Certification

Achieved ISO 9001 Certification for Quality Management Systems.
Strengthened credibility and professionalism in project execution.

2014 – First Main Contract

Entered Oil & Gas sector as a main contractor.
Delivered civil and MEP works for MAJEES TECH – construction of security system rooms in Daleel region.

2015 – UAE Operations

Expanded into the UAE market.
Secured agency for Italian brand Rub (valves and fittings), boosting sales in oil & gas/marine sectors.

2016 – Strategic Partnerships

Added Indian brand Arya for instrumentation fittings in the UAE market.

2018 – Exclusive Korean Agency

Signed exclusive agreement with Hansun (Korea) for distribution and maintenance of instrument & hydraulic fittings.
Focused on oil, gas, and marine industries.

2019 – Heavy Machinery Acquisition

invested in earthmoving equipment and heavy machinery.
Enabled full-service civil works including enabling works and site preparation.

2021 – HVAC Solutions

Acquired a 30-year-old HVAC company with government and private sector projects.
Expertise in VRF, ducted, split, wall-mounted, and cassette-type A/C systems.
Provided detailed drawings and technical support for custom packages.

2022 – Exclusive Agreements

Secured exclusive agreements with Hempel and Sika/BASF for supply and application in Oman.

2024 – Prefabricated & Modular Structures

Entered prefabricated structures and modular buildings sector.
Built a strong team of engineers, designers, foremen, and 75+ workers.
Delivered turnkey projects include enabling works, camp facilities, and full contracting solutions.

Diversification & Holding Company

Established International Investment Plus (IIP), a holding and investment company.
Growth strategy aligned with Oman Vision 2040.
Acts as parent company for all divisions across the Middle East.

Investment Portfolio Highlights:

Hospitality: Invested and leased a hotel in Oman with 40+ rooms (30 single, 10 suites) and an international cuisine restaurant. Staff of 25 ensures premium guest experience.

Agriculture: Project design for a leading Saudi Arabian agriculture and dairy products/juices company, integrating AI modules to modernize operations.
